Awards were presented at the annual membership meeting for United Fund of Cherokee County Thursday at Austin Bank. From left are Nancy Washburn, retiring president; Paul Travis, who chaired the successful fund raising campaign; Anita Snider, chairman for the major gifts division; Janis Adams, head of the general division and Jorge Aragon, newly elected president of the organization. Not pictured are Larry Long, who chaired the Rusk Division, and Allison Hale, chair for the employee division. The goal of $119,100 was achieved and will help support 17 non-profit agencies during 2015.
