Frances Turlington, Rusk Elementary School, was named Teacher of the Year at the annual school appreciation luncheon and program May 31. Making the presentation was Superintendent Dr. Scott Davis. Mrs. Turlington has 37 years of service to students at Rusk ISD. See pgs. 4A-5A for story and other pictures.
