Thomas Crouch (center) has been volunteering with Chaplaincy on the Skyview/ Hodge Complex since September of 2001. In 2004, he became a certified chaplaincy volunteer. In that same year, Mr. Crouch received an award for the most innovative volunteer of the year from Governor Rick Perry's Office. Mr. Crouch has served many years at the Skyview/Hodge Complex. He has been selected to receive the Governor's Criminal Justice Volunteer Service Award for 2016. Mr. Crouch will be presented with his award at a special presentation by the Texas Board of Criminal Justice in April of 2016.
