J’ville Volunteers banding together to beautify, clean Jacksonville

This hydrant is one of many repainted around Jacksonville by the J'ville Volunteers, a new group working alongside city employees for "the greater good of the community." In all, 600 fire hydrants around Jacksonville received a new coat of paint over the course of the project.
