l Rusk Economic Development Corporation President Charles Hassell and REDCO member, Rusk State Hospital Superintendent Ted Debbs, visit with Tyler Junior College vice-president of advancement Dr. Kim Russell; Felicia Mayo, LVN instructor at Rusk and Paul Monagan, dean of the School of Allied Health and Nursing for Tyler Junior College. They attended a REDCO meeting to increase the size of the LVN program in Rusk from 20 to 30 students.
