The engagement and approaching marriage of Emily Anne Slover and Tommy Windsor has been announced by her parents, Kay and Steve Slover, formerly of Rusk. The couple will be married at 6 p.m. Sept. 30 at Southern Tree Plantation in Blairsville, Ga. Miss Slover's grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Victor Allison and the late John Bill Slover, Fannie Tandberg and the late Kermit Tandberg Sr. Mr. Windsor is the son of Debbie and Tom Windsor of Muscle Shoals, Ala. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Ray L. Hays and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Windsor.
