l U.S. Rep. Jeb Hensarling's (TX-05) Regional Director Phillip Smith presents Sgt. Joe Rhodes of Cherokee County, with a U.S. flag and congressional certificate of recognition at a recent retirement reception at Tyler's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Sgt. Rhodes was recognized for his 25 years of law enforcement work in Texas, as well as serving in the U.S. Air Force. He has been with the Attorney General for 15 years.
