PHOTO: SUSAN BURCH Judy Seamonds, an artist and graphic designer, is painting the mural on the outer wall of the Whistle Stop building. The mural will feature a country church representing faith in God, a small lake representing baptism and an oak tree with a tire swing representing faith in children.
