Nice weather in the area has led to construction progress at East Side and Joe Wright elementary schools according to a report presented to the Jacksonville School Board during their monthly meeting. The board heard an update on construction from Jeff Edwards of Claycomb and Associates, who said efforts were moving along nicely.
