This year’s theme for National Volunteer Week, celebrated April 10-16, was, “Touching lives and lifting spirits.” The Volunteer Services Council of Rusk State Hospital honored those community members adept at fulfilling that motto during their annual volunteer appreciation luncheon, held April 14.
