‘Hide & Seek’ game winner and new icon announced

Pete Moore of Rusk was the winner in a contest sponsored jointly by the Cherokeean Herald and CD 97.7 FM.

In the last issue, he found the heart and Cupid’s arrow in the Flowers by Janae ad and was the correct caller who responded last week during TalkTime at 9:30 a.m.

Mr. Moore won a free pizza from Katie’s Pantry in Rusk.

This week’s icon is a single rose. It will be an element inside one of the ads in the current issue.

Robinhawk will open the telephone lines on Friday for the contest’s next winner.

Weekly winners will automatically be entered into a bimonthly drawing for $50 cash.

A different icon will be featured each week in a different ad.
