Craig Skinner, a 2003 graduate of Alto High School, was recently awarded the University of Arkansas’ Bill Ferrell Scholarship. The scholarship was given by the Razorback A Club, a group of former athletes and lettermen who worked together to endow the scholarship fund. The fund is in memory of Mr. Ferrell, a long time athletic trainer and head baseball coach at Arkansas. More ...
