Another of Texas' top 10 most wanted in custody
     Dennis Wayne Capps, who had been on the Texas Top 10 Most Wanted list since March 2009, was apprehended in Nicaragua by U.S. Marshals on Oct. 22 after an investigation by Texas DPS agents determined that he was in that country.

     AUSTIN -- The Texas average rig count as of Oct. 16 was 391, representing about 39 percent of all active land rigs in the United States.  In the last 12 months, total Texas reported production was 347 million barrels of oil and 7.6 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. Texas natural gas production represents approximately 29 percent of total U.S. natural gas demand.
