     Many people were guilty of an oversight on Oct. 9. That was the evening that Rusk took on Huntington at home, Jacksonville traveled to Whitehouse and Alto traveled to Overton. The combined record of the Red Devils, Wildcats and Mustangs? At the time, it was 3-13 (one win for Huntington, two for Overton and none for Whitehouse). Chalk them up as easy wins, right?
