Dallas city attorney is wrong in saying Fastrill is city’s cheapest option for future water needs

There were two quotes attributed to Chris Bowers of the Dallas City Attorney’s Office in your recent article titled “Supreme Court wants writ on refuge” that give a very inaccurate view of the proposed Fastrill Reservoir. If built, Fastrill reservoir would flood 35,000 to 45,000 acres of Cherokee and Anderson Counties.
