A woman, the manager I assume, said that I didn’t qualify because my yard wasn’t fenced and I did not have a pen to keep it in. And on top of that, she said Reklaw requires that dogs must be in a fenced yard or in a pen. More ... Rusk ISD would like to send a special thanks to Warden Todd Foxworth and the Texazs Department of Criminal Justice community work squad for their work at our schools this summer.
