Scholarship recipients

Jorden Hicks from Alto is congratulated by Bob Francis on her being named a scholarship winner. She was the 2009 Alto High School FFA Scholarship recipient from Bob Francis and Bill McRae Ford. Bob Francis congratulates Rachel Ellzey, as the recipient of a $1,000 scholarship from Bob Francis and Bill McRae Ford. She received the scholarship through the Rusk High School Alumni Association.
