LOUISE SWINK Memorial service Louise Swink, 77, of Jacksonville was at 2 p.m. Monday at Autry Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Cruse Sr. officiating.

Mrs. Swink died June 24. She was born July 1, 1931, in Elkhart. She resided in Jacksonville for more than 50 years. She also resided in Bryan/College Station. She was a member of Sunset Baptist Church and Central Baptist Church in Jacksonville, and First Baptist Church in Bryan. She taught Sunday school classes and served as a leader for the girls' auxiliary.

Mrs. Swink was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Era Lassiter Buffalo; her husband, J. Mack Swink Sr.; her son, Jerry Alan Swink; and her brother, Raymond Buffalo.

Survivors are a son and daughter-in-law, Mack and Jill Swink of Jacksonville; four daughters and sons-inlaw, Molly and Wayne Dover, Joyce and Dale Sledge and Tammy and Bryan Steward, all of College Station and Patty Yeary of Plano; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Travis and Naomi Buffalo and Wilburn Buffalo, all of Spring and Sherrill Buffalo of Plant City, Fla.; a sister, Doris Platt of Palestine; 13 grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
