A study by the State Comptroller has not been very favorable for the Cherokee County Appraisal District. Memorial service for Anita Marie Keegan Ross of Rockdale was held Feb. 2 at Seton Hospital Chapel in Austin. Ms. Ross died Saturday, Jan. 24. She was a Rockdale resident for more than a decade.
