Fire department appreciates community support

The North Cherokee County Volunteer Fire Department's third annual community awareness and fish fry held April 26 was a great success.

This was due to our generous sponsors, exhibitors and a supporting community.

The exhibitors with health and safety information were: ETMC Hospital ambulance and helicopter, the Department of Public Safety, American Red Cross, Texas Forest Service, Mother Frances Hospital and the Cherokee County Sheriff 's Dept.
