Ford graduates Air Force basic training

Air Force Airman David L. Ford has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. During the six weeks of training, the airman studied the Air Force mission, organization, and military customs and courtesies, performed drill and ceremony marches, and received physical training and learned rifle marksmanship and performed field training exercises, while receiving special training in human relations. Airman Ford is the grandson of Charles Roper, and son of Charlotte Ford, both of Rural Route 1, Jacksonville. Airman Ford is a 2005 graduate of Jacksonville High School.
