Christian Writers Founders Day planned for May 27

The religious writing organization, Inspirational Writers Alive! will sponsor a new Tyler IWA! chapter. The new chapter will meet at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, at Tyler Christian Fellowship, 3421 Old Jacksonville Highway, onefourth mile off Loop 323. The group is inter-denominational.

All writers of inspirational and/or religious material are invited to attend. The first meeting will introduce everyone to what it takes to write for this field. The chapter will offer a monthly newsletter, about four speakers per year, open critique and the great opportunity to find a mentor. Those who are published can link up with novice writers to get them going. Extra critique sessions can be had in between meetings.

There will be brochures for the upcoming Texas Christian Writers Conference and material for marketing writing projects.
