God's miracle revealed in Easter Sky
SUZANNE MCCOLLUM

Suzanne McCollum captured a cross in the sky on Easter Eve. She called the imagery a "blessing that I feel God blessed me with."
It was March 22 around sunset on a beautiful "Easter eve." I was in my country home preparing to eat my evening meal alone, for my husband was out of town.

Returning to the kitchen to get something I had forgotten, I heard what sounded like a faint knock on my backdoor. I opened the door and immediately caught my breath.

There in the western sky, for all to see, was the most beautiful, perfect cross made from the white billowy clouds. It surely was finger-painted by God Himself to remind us all of how Holy this time truly is. As the sun set below the cross it reflected off our lake.

I cannot put into words how beautiful all the colors were. But I do know that I will never forget this moment.

I stood there for some time in total awe of our God's handwork.

It was such an intimate time with my God. I knew that God was sending us a tangible blessing and I felt so privileged to have been a part of his plan - a plan only orchestrated by God. I was truly blessed.

I ran and got my digital camera and took as many pictures as I could before it faded into the blue sky. I pray these pictures, for the ones that did not see it first hand, achieve God's purpose.

I pray that maybe a nonbeliever will see just one of His tiny miracles and come to know just how awesome "our God truly is."
