Good Samaritan slates fundraising sale

The Rusk Good Samaritan will be open for a fundraising sale from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, April 5. This will be a tax-free, one-day only event to give local citizens an extra opportunity to come in and shop.

Clothing and shoes are 25 cents per item or pair and linens, curtains and other housewares are slightly higher priced. Books are two for 25 cents. Foods are excluded.

Proceeds will be used to purchase staple grocery items for regular distribution to those in need.

Good Samaritan is located on Second Street, between Barron and Sycamore.
