60th anniversary

Betty and Lewis McCrary celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary March 22 with family and friends. They were married March 28, 1948, and have lived in Rusk for the past 45 years. Mr. McCrary retired from the U.S. Air Force and later as a nurse at Rusk State Hospital. Mrs. McCrary retired rom Medical Records at Rusk State Hospital. They have four children, Roger McCrary, Nancy Fenton, Mary Crews and Anita Woody; eight grandchildren and several greatgrandchildren.
