MYRTLE PERRY

Funeral for Myrtle Perry, 86, of Troup, was at 2 p.m. Monday at Autry Funeral Home with the Rev. Shelia Blackstock and the Rev. Donny Sadler officiating. Burial was in New Emmaus Cemetery.

Mrs. Perry died Feb. 23. She was born July 23, 1921, in Splendora to Clem G. and Ada Presswood. She was a member of the Granderland Baptist Church in Montgomery County and the Southern Belles.

Survivors are a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Karen Perry of Rusk; a daughter and son-in-law, Della Ray and Troy Mitchell of Shreveport, La.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Ken Mc- Clure, Ronnie Blackstock, Philip Watkins, Shawn Dean, Jimmy Odom and Shelley Cleaver.
