EUGENIA EARL KOONCE

Graveside service for Eugenia Earl Koonce, 89, of Rusk was at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22. at the Gourd Creek Cemetery near New Waverly. Mrs. Koonce was born Feb. 16, 1919, to the late Ray and Julia Elizabeth Faulkner Williams.

Mrs. Koonce was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church in Rusk. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband W.V. Koonce; and two grandchildren, Regina Gayle Taylor and Roy E. Taylor.

Survivors are a son and daughter-in-law, Robert R. Sr. and Geneva Koonce of Huntsville; two daughters and sonsin law, Jeannine and Charles Frieda of Rusk and Julia and Harold Taylor of Palestine; 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements were under the direction of Huntsville Funeral Home.
