Theatre seek directors

The Cherokee Civic Theatre, Inc. (CCT) Play Selection Committee is working on the production line-up for the 2008-09 season. Persons with plays they would like to direct are asked to contact the theatre. The mission of CCT is to offer opportunities for cultural and artistic enrichment in East Texas. The theatre provides a venue for local talent to produce live theatre for entertainment of diverse audiences. The 2008-09 season will mark the 36th year for the CCT to offer local artists a stage on which to share their talents. The board of directors provides a wide range of productions which includes on and off Broadway productions, musicals and non-musicals, comedies and dramas and even original plays.
