CELESTE C. HOWARD

Graveside service for Celeste C. Howard, 87, of Jacksonville, was at 1 p.m. Monday at Resthaven Memorial Park with Rev. Dr. Pete Freeman officiating. Mrs. Howard died Feb. 9. She was born Oct. 21, 1920, in Hillsboro. She was a member of Central Baptist Church and for 30 years she was co-owner of a trading post in Gallop, N.M.

Survivors are brothers, Billy Joe Frazier of Dallas, Dr. Les Frazier of Chattanooga, Tenn. and Arthur Frazier of Garland;several nieces and nephews. Her husband, Cal Howard, preceded her in death.
