Couple notes anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Don Henley

Don and Frances Henley celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Jan, 18. They were married Jan, 18, 1958, at the home of Frances' parents in Alto.

They have been residents of Alto most of their married life. Mr. and Mrs. Henley enjoyed an anniversary celebration at Clear Springs Restaurant in Nacogdoches with their immediate family.

They were joined by their daughter Beverly Bowman, spouse Larry and children, Shandy and Chase all of Henderson; as well as their son Lyn, spouse Ann and their children, Brianna, Bryce and Adilyn all of Alto. The celebration included memento gifts of the event and personal letters from their son and daughter reflecting their feelings and appreciation.
