GLENDA JOYCE ACKER

Funeral for Glenda Joyce Acker, 63, of Killeen, was Jan. 11, at the Killeen Church of Christ with Dan Carter and Boyce Edwards officiating. Buried was in Killeen. Mrs. Acker died Jan. 8. She was born Jan. 31, 1944, in Poteet, to Curtis and Joyce Knight. She married Ronald Pryor Acker Feb. 6, 1965. Preceding her in death were her mother, Joyce Knight; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Reagan and Susie Pryor Acker. Survivors include her husband, Ronald, Acker of Killeen; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Ronald Glen and Patty Acker of Lampasas and John Acker of Killeen; her father, Curtis Knight of Killeen; brother and sister-inlaw, Larry and Betty Knight of Killeen; and grandchildren.
