Weight Watchers meet in Rusk on Tuesdays

Beginning Jan. 22 Weight Watchers meetings will be held at 6 p,.m. each Tuesday at the First Baptist Church, 372 E. Fourth St., Rusk. New members will be provided to a KickStart guide, a resource that provides simple steps to members to start adopting a healthy lifestyle within the first 24 hours.
