Deadline to file for places on the Democratic and Republican party primary ballots ended at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2.

Democrats filing include: Incumbent Dwight L. Phifer, 2nd judicial district court judge; Incumbent Craig Caldwell, county attorney; Deborah Shreve, tax assessor-collector; Incumbent Moody Glass Jr. , Randall Bonner, F. E. Hassell, commis- sioner Pct. 3; Jeremy Jackson and Mark Green, constable Pct. 2; Incumbent Joe Self, Jamie Beene, constable Pct. 4; and Caesar Roy, county chairman.

Republicans filing include: Incumbent Sheriff James Campbell; Dan Childs, 2nd judicial district court judge; Linda Little, tax assessor-collector; Kelly Traylor, Kevin Lankford, James Bacon Sr., commissioner Pct. 1; Katherine Pinotti, commissioner Pct. 3; Incumbent Lynn Kelley, constable Pct. 1; Jack White and Jake Carter, constable Pct. 2; Incumbent Eddie Lee, constable Pct. 3; and Josie D. Schoolcraft, county chairman.
