Constable Lynn Kelley asks for re-election
Lynn Kelley, Precinct 1 constable, has announced his candidacy for re-election. Mr. Kelley was appointed to the position by the Cherokee County Comm issioners in November 2005.

He was elected to the position in the following election.

Constable Kelley is a 1971 graduate of Rusk High School and the University of Texas. He is also a U.S. Army veteran. A long-time Cherokee County resident, he retired from the Department of Public Safety with 28 years of service as a state trooper for Cherokee and Henderson counties.

He pledges his continued efforts in the law enforcement field and service to residents Precinct 1.

He asks for support and vote in the Republican primary.
