Frank Smith hosts Toney Brothers Jan. 9
      in concert at A. Frank Smith United Methodist Church in Alto at 7 p.m. Jan. 9. Members are Terry Toney, Gary Toney, Jimmy McMillian and David Robinson. Alto's Southern gospel quartet, HAD-A-CALL, will also sing during this concert. Members are Nathan Bryan, Cody Allen, Randy Low and Freddie Wallace.

Etech schedules blood drive Jan. 8
      The Blood Center of East Texas will sponsor a blood drive at Etech in downtown Rusk on Thursday, Jan. 8. Blood supplies are normally low during the holiday season.
