Roy and Ann Durrett are a part of "Branded by Christ Cowboy Church," located in the community of Rusk. The church's first Sunday was Easter Sunday 2006 with Curtis Oliver as the pastor. The congregation met in the old feed mill owned by Ike Daniel. The church started out with 19 people in their core group and has grown since. More ... The Cherokee County Sheriff 's Department is investigating an arson incident. Lt. Chris White said a suspect, identified as Ricky Allen of Cuney, has been charged with second degree arson.
