      Funeral for Sherry Lee Turner, 46, of Rusk was at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Walker Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Walles officiating. Mrs. Turner died Aug. 29. She was born Aug. 20, 1962 in Kewanee, Ill. She was a resident of Rusk for 13 months and formerly lived in Reklaw, Arizona, and Illinois.

      Funeral for Lenard Lesley "L.L." Wilcox, 87, of Rusk was at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4, at the Memorial Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Don Copeland and the Rev. Odis Bryan officiating. Burial was in Salem Cemetery. Mr. Wilcox died Sept. 2. He was born May 20, 1921 in Bulah to the late John William and Emma E. Hutchins Wilcox.

Mr. Kindle died Sept. 1. He was born Aug. 3, 1929, in Gallatin to the late John Willie Kindle and Hazel Gullion Kindle.

Mr. Foxworth, a native and long-time Warren resident, was an oil field pumper and owned J&L BBQ in Woodville for many years.
