'Pretty good' Rusk senior defensive end Anthony reaches for his dreams
      There are two sides to Rusk defensive end Quinn Anthony. One is the 6'2, 265 pound lineman who enjoys contact and wreaking havoc in opposing backfields. The other side of Anthony makes as many appearances as the defensive end. One such appearance came during Rusk's media day, when photographers were trying to find the right spot for varsity coach Baldemar Ruiz to stand.

      Now that the scrimmages are over, it's time to get down to business. For the Rusk Eagles, business is restoring their playoff tradition, a streak that was snapped last year for the first time in six seasons. Prior to getting down to business in the regular season, the Eagles took on Brownsboro and Crockett in scrimmages to prepare them for the grind of a 10-game season.
