T he 1950s breathed new life into the small West Texas town of Coleman. Like the rest of the nation at that time, Coleman was enjoying an economic boom, enhanced by an oil boom which revitalized this struggling ranch town. New buildings and shops were being constructed, new schools were being built and the community's spirits were running high. More ... Summer jobs are winding to an end and some parents are losing their summer baby sitters to football and cheerleading practices.
