Approximately $1.3 million will be pumped into local economy

Rusk First Baptist Church's Singers of Salvation will be on a mini-tour June 12-14. The are scheduled to sing the National Anthem to open the Astros game in Houston Thursday night. They are also scheduled to sing for the Governor in the Capitol that weekend. The choir is directed by Tim Timmons. Jason Hoffman is student minister and Lee Welch is church pastor. Memorial service for Dale Ernest Scott Graham, 66, of Tyler, formerly of Jacksonville, was at 4 p.m. June 8 at the Tyler Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor Raul Benitez officiating. Mr. Graham died June 2. He was born in Toledo, Ore. Nov, 25, 1941 to Evan A. Scott and Minna Almeda Murray. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the early days of Vietnam. More...
