In the days following my departure from the Cherokeean Herald, I got to spend time with family in Colorado Springs. It was a very interesting trip which was capped off by the graduation ceremonies at the United States Air Force Academy. More ... Folks along El Camino Real are busy trying to stay cool. I can't imagine how the rest of the summer is going to be. I can cut back on my driving, I might could even cut back on my eating, but I don't think that I can cut back on my air conditioning. Sometimes change can be wonderfully delightful. But, like all changes, adjustments are required. Graduation calls for dealing with the empty nest syndrome.
