Dear any service member, It's been a sickening week for me. I've had the duty of covering the story of one of your fallen comrades. He was an outstanding student in school, a good husband and father, West Point graduate and a good soldier. More ... Folks have been pretty busy with the longer days keeping us outside doing chores until way past suppertime. The weather has been fantastic and it always makes me wonder why anyone would want to live anywhere else. There has been lots of stuff going on around here, so I best get straight to the chase or I'll wind up giving you way more than your four bits' worth. More ... What a beautiful weekend for the annual Gallatin Gofer Fest. The powers that be provided a delightful, balmy day for this community's celebration, which is also their fundraiser for the maintenance of Gallatin's Community Center. It is so good to see people at work in a meaningful way, having fun and still producing funds for a good cause. More ... |
