Phone cards for soldiers

The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) staff at the Skyview/Hodge units of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) partnered with Wal-Mart and TDCJ staff to provide Christmas and phone cards for Palestine National Guard troops who are currently stationed in Iraq. The cards collected will allow 125 soldiers to call home from Iraq.
