New Summerfield School News

The district hosted its annual Thanksgiving Family Feast on Friday, November 16. Over
700 people, including students and members of their families, were served a traditional
Thanksgiving meal. Those in attendance also enjoyed a presentation showing pictures
of various Thanksgiving-related activities in which students had been engaged during the
week.
New Summerfield schools and offices will be closed November 21 through November 23
to observe the Thanksgiving holidays.
Both the girls' and boys' varsity basketball teams defeated the varsity squads of Leverett's
Chapel on Tuesday, November 13. Both teams will play Chireno at home on November 20
and Longview Christian at home on November 27. They will travel to play Trinity Christian
on November 29.
