Tickets are on sale for Christmas production

Rehearsals are underway for the annual holiday show at the Cherokee Civic Theatre, and it's not too late to be part of CCT's 35th anniversary season. Discounted season memberships are still available and make great holiday gifts. CCT memberships ensure one or more seats to each of CCT's three remaining productions, including "The Silent Bells," the upcoming holiday musical.

"The Silent Bells," based on the book by William McKellar, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 30, Dec. 1, 7 and 8 and 2 p.m. Sundays Dec. 2 and 9. The box office hours have changed so tickets and season memberships may now be purchased weekdays from 2:30- 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students. All tickets at the door are $10. The CCT box office is in the historic Cherokee Theater, just off the courthouse square, in Rusk.
