40th year reunion

The RHS Class of 1967 held it's 40th reunion Saturday, Oct. 27 at the Cherokee County Electric Co-op. Approximately 30 class members and spouses enjoyed a barbecue lunch and spent the afternoon reminiscing and looking at annuals and old pictures. Twenty-three classmates of 67 graduates attending were in front, Linda Jones Roberts, Kay Kyle Rice and Glenn Hassell; second row, Frankie Jenkins, Steve Crysup, Margaret Clifton Dover, Genny Butler Mantzuranis, Jeannie Townsend McGaughey, Marsha Burlingame Cox and Mary Conway Walley; in back, Greg Guynn, Ray Penn, Jennifer Swift Hall, Karen Crawford Shanholtz, Jerry Mayo, Valondia Merriwether Sessions, Jim Sartain, Mary Jane Hugghins Jones, Richard Lavender, Jim Harper, Martha Bell Bailes and Lu Ellen Strande Linkinhoker.
