DORA B. LUSK

Funeral for Dora B. Lusk, 85, of Maydelle was at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Wallace- Thompson Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Don Copeland officiating. Burial was in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Lusk died Oct. 29. She was born May 22, 1922, in Palestine to the late William Rubin and Minnie Lou Kite Langston. She was a lifelong resident of Maydelle and a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors are one son J.R. Lusk of Jacksonville; three daughters, Dora M. Johnson and Darlene Lusk of Frankston and Bonnie Sides of Rusk; one brother, Curtis Langston of Porter; three sisters, Allie Croft and Mary Weaver of Palestine and Birdie Bowman of Muse; five grandchildren, Kevin Lusk of Jacksonville, Connie Jackson of Nacogdoches, Lenard Sides and David Sides of Rusk and Shannon Selman of Slocum; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Jamie Ramsey, Scotty Ramsey, Shane Selman, Corey Donner, Daryn Selman and Danny Mainer. Honorary pallbearers were LeeRoy Selman, Tommy Tory Selman, and Jason Selman.
