Dr. Ray DeSpain, Alto ISD superintendent, was interviewed live Thursday on KWRW-FM by Oldies Radio general manager, Robert Gonzalez, concerning the upcoming bond election. Voters will be asked to vote on a bond that would add a new elementary school. Early voting for the bond election begins Monday, Oct. 22, for the Nov. 6 election.
