Young artists

Among the Cherokee Christian Academy students winning at the East Texas State Fair art competition were from left, Rachel Marquez, Michael Dominguez, Brianna Williams and Skylet Bobbitt. Competition was students ages 9-17. First place winners from the school include Jarrett Constant, Charistina Dominguez, Nancy Jacobs, Rachel Marquez and Sarah Tedder; second place were Michael Dominguez, Megan Hall, Tony Lewis, Austin Sizemore, Estella Trent, Benjamin Tedder and Brianna Williams; honorable mention were Skylet Bobbitt, Teisha DeSmit, Gabriel Dominguez, Herbert Dominguez and Klint Killion.
