Rusk cross country team

competes at SFA

The Rusk cross country teams competed at a meet at Stephen F. Austin Saturday. Head Coach Jamie Hays said the meet was very competitive, and despite not finishing near the top, team members finished with some of their best times.

"Many of the runners reached their personal best," Coach Hays said. "I am proud of the way each athlete ran. Our times are beginning to come down which will put us in the runnings for regional at district in five weeks."

Volleyball teams take on Diboll

The Rusk High School volleyball teams will host the Diboll Lady Jacks on Tuesday, Sept. 25. The games begin at 5 p.m.
